  • Application form Singed by Applicant
  • Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
  • All previous passports
  • If any visa request was refused, details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
  • Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of France, Dhaka.

  • Tour Program
  • Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR
  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth certificate of children
  • National Identity Card Copy
  • Bank Balance should be BDT 14,00,000 (Its Depends On No Family Member per Person at least 7,00,000)
  • Airline & Hotel Reservation: Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.

 If Only Wife or Children Applying

  • All Documents of Father (Check Job Holder/ Business man)
  • Application from Guardian for Sponsoring & Travelling Alone

Good to Know

  • VISA Approval / Acceptance is Solely Depends on Embassy
  • First Time application MUST Get CALL and Need to Attend the CALL
  • Double Entry/ Business/ Medical VISA is subject to Passport Weight age

Fees & Time Line

VISA Fees:

  • BDT 6,500.00 Payable to Embassy (it will be changeable. This change depends on Euro present Rate)
  • Services charge 2,500/- Payable to us + Travel health insurance

Timeline:

  • Processing time 3 Working Days
  • Total approximate processing time is 10 to 15 working days (Time may vary depending on applicant’s profile and embassy actually processing time)
