South Korea Tourist Visa Requirement:

1. Visa Application Form
2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)
3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.
4. Photocopy of Valid Passport
5. Valid Air-ticket Booking Slip
6. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant
7. Tour itinerary (Detail tour plan in Korea)
8. Accommodation Reservation slip
9. Personal bank statement and Bank Solvency Certificate (Last Minimum 6 months)
10. Applicant’s Company Certificate of corporate or Trade License, if available (within last 1 year)
11. Applicant’s Income Tax Certificate
12. Employment Certificate issued from the Applicant’s company,

if available
※ Recommendation Letter issued by the Institute, if the applicant is a student
13. Invitation letter & Affidavit of support notarized, if available
13. Health Condition Report Form (Attached)
14. Covid-19 Vaccination completed certificate
