Documents for Job / Service Holder

• Application form Singed by Applicant
•  Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
•  All previous passports (photocopy of bio page and of any previous Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas)
•  Cover letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy, explaining in details the purpose of the visit
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Personal Bank Statement (Last Six Month Bank statement with Balance of 7,00,000 BDT)
• Visiting/ Business Card – 2 Copy
• Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
• NOC/ LOI in Company Pad.
• Office ID Card (Photocopy)
• Salary Certificate.
• Pay slips – if any
• Tour Program
• Document of properties
• Blue book photocopy of car if any
• All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc
• Document of other income if any
•  Marriage certificate
•  Birth certificate of children
• National Identity Card Copy
• Airline & Hotel Reservation: Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.

Documents for Business Person

• Company Bank Statement Last Six Month Bank statement
• Visiting/ Business Card – 2 Copy

• Trade License in English with Notary
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director’s names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)

Accompany Family Members VISA

• Application form Singed by Every Applicant
• Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
• All previous passports (photocopy of bio page and of any previous Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas)
• If Children is Student, the Student ID Card
• Leave letter from school/college/university
• Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR
• Marriage certificate
• Birth certificate of children
• Cover letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy, explaining in details the purpose of the visit
• Tour Program

Good to Know

• VISA Approval / Acceptance is Solely Depends on Embassy
• Applicants must go to the visa application center to submit their application and also collect their passport
• Documents in Bangla must be submitted along with translation in English***

Fees & Timeline

VISA Fees:

•  Embassy Fee+ VFS Global Service Charge + Our Service Charge BDT 11,000/-
• Travel Health Insurance depends every person age varied (BDT 7K-12K)

Timeline:

• Processing normally takes 15-21 Calendar days, but may in some cases take up to 45 calendar days.
