• Application form Singed by Applicant
• Seven months Valid Passport with old passport if have.
• A forwarding letter form office
• Bank statement and bank solvency last six months
• Visiting/ Business Card – 2 Copy
• NOC/ LOI in Company Pad.
• Salary Certificate
• Office ID Card (Photocopy)
• National Id Card/Birth Certificate (Photocopy) Mandatory
• Provident fund certificate Marriage Certificate Copy(if spouse name is not mentioned in the passport)
• TIN Certificate/ Tax return copy
• Fixed deposit copy with certificate from Bank
• Sanchaypatra copy with certificate from Bank
• Share documents
• Assets Valuation (Summary of Property, Bank Statement, Fixed deposit and other Financial documents)
• Credit card copy with statement (if)

• TIN Certificate/ Tax return copy
• Fixed deposit copy with certificate from Bank
